Discover the Grand-Etang in the east of Réunion Island, near Saint-Benoît, on horseback! Set off to explore the wonders of this site, which is Réunion's only high-altitude lake. Located in Saint-Benoît, the Grand-Etang is the island's largest inland lake. Of volcanic origin, it was created by an ancient lava flow from the Piton de la Fournaise, which blocked the flow of water down the valley.
